Out of the Blue is the growth engine for modern eCommerce brands and agencies. We help them scale faster, protect margins, and maximize ROI by monitoring what actually drives performance—across site experience, ad tracking, and customer journey health.
Our founding team comes from Google, eBay, and PayPal, with alumni from Stanford, Berkeley, and Booth. We're headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with a growing satellite office in Pune, India.
We work with fast-moving DTC brands and agencies that expect answers, not dashboards—and we're building the systems that make it possible.
We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who thrives at the intersection of experimentation, automation, and insight. Someone who can move fast, use tools creatively, and help us scale campaigns, messaging, and performance analysis across audiences and channels.
This role is not about playing it safe. It’s about running more experiments, faster—and learning what works quicker than the next guy.
Build scrappy and scalable automation workflows for outbound, onboarding, content distribution, and lead gen
Use tools like Clay, Zapier, Airtable/Seatable, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Webhooks, etc. to power growth systems
Design, launch, and measure experiments across messaging, positioning, channels, and audience segments
Work closely with the marketing and product team to speed up feedback loops on copy, content, and conversion
Instrument key journeys and interactions to track performance and funnel metrics across campaigns
Have 1–3 years of experience in a growth, marketing ops, or technical marketing role (or equivalent hustle)
Are fluent in tools like Zapier, Clay, Apollo, Notion, Airtable, or similar
Understand how to design experiments, write sharp copy, and validate fast
Have strong instincts for data, iteration, and what drives conversion
Are resourceful and scrappy—you love finding edge cases and creative workflows
High ownership role in shaping go-to-market systems and automation from day one
A playground of tools, data, and growth-focused teammates
Direct access to customers, feedback loops, and performance results
Flexibility to test bold ideas and move fast (we don’t do red tape)
A fast-growing company—and lots of room to scale
